How do I sign up to get rebates?

Go to Exchanges → pick an exchange → sign up with HedraBack’s link or referral code → complete KYC on the exchange → start trading. Step-by-step instructions for each exchange are in the new sign-up guide.

Does it widen spreads or change how my orders are filled?

Accepted Answer

No. Spreads, fees and order execution are set by the exchange; HedraBack only shares back part of the partner commission after you trade.

Question 3

How is a fee rebate different from a deposit bonus?

Accepted Answer

A fee rebate is tied to your eligible trading fees and usually recurs with your trading volume. A deposit bonus is typically credit or a promotion with its own withdrawal conditions — it doesn’t replace a fee rebate.

What is a HedraBack fee rebate?

HedraBack pays back part of your trading fees when you open or link your exchange account through our partner code or link. You still trade directly on the exchange.

How do I know my account is linked correctly?

Accepted Answer

On the exchange, check the referrer or partner code/ID on your account. If it’s empty or doesn’t match HedraBack’s code for that exchange, your volume won’t earn rebates.

Can I switch the referral on an existing account?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the exchange: some let you change or add a code if you meet their conditions, others don’t allow it on existing accounts. See the switch-referral guide for each exchange.

I’ve traded but haven’t received a rebate yet — what should I check?

Accepted Answer

Check that your referral is linked correctly, that your orders generated eligible fees, and that the exchange’s payout cycle has passed. Still not right? Contact us with the exchange name and your UID (never send your password).

When will I get my rebate?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the exchange — see its card on the Exchanges page (for example, OKX: 20% rebate, paid automatically and instantly with code EBACK). Forex and crypto can have different payout cycles — check the card for the exchange you use.

Question 9

Do I need to send my password or OTP?

Accepted Answer

Never. HedraBack will never ask for your password, OTP, seed phrase or an API key with withdrawal permission. Only trade and withdraw on the exchange’s official app or website.
