01About the service
HedraBack is a fee rebate (refback) service that operates through exchanges' partner programs. HedraBack is not an exchange, is not a broker and does not hold your funds.
02Eligibility
You must be of legal age where you live and meet each exchange's account and KYC requirements. Your account must be opened or linked with HedraBack's partner code or link to qualify for rebates.
03How rebates are calculated and paid
Rebate rates and payout schedules follow each exchange's card on HedraBack and may change with the exchange's policy. Rebates apply only to eligible trading fees; HedraBack does not promise any profit.
04Accounts and referral switching
Opening, linking or switching a referral code depends on each exchange's policy. Some exchanges do not allow changing the code on an existing account, and HedraBack cannot override that decision.
05Your obligations
You agree to provide accurate information and not to commit fraud, self-trade or open multiple accounts to game rebate conditions. Violations may lead to rebates being refused or reversed.
